A 3-day experience discovering Damanhur. The program begins with a first day dedicated to the historical part of Damanhur, the Temples of Humankind, and the Sacred Woods. The second day includes a tour of one of the Communities of the Federation and a guided meditation in one of the Temple Halls. The third day begins with an artistic workshop led by one of the Damanhurian sculptors, followed in the afternoon by an introductory lesson to the Damanhurian Philosophy. This program includes transportation within the Community to the various sites of the visits and lunches (no dinners or accommodations).

The meeting point is the Welcome Center, located at Damanhur Crea, via Baldissero 21, in Vidracco (TO), for check-in. We kindly ask you to respect your booking time.
Morning: The tour begins in the territory of Damjl, the historical capital of Damanhur, where you will find the Open Temple, the Circle of Rituals, the stone spirals, and then continues to the Temples of Humankind: an immersion into the energies of the Halls of this extraordinary underground complex, where art and spirituality merge in the awakening journey of humanity’s divine part.
Lunch break at the Arielvo cafeteria at DamanhurCrea (included in the price)
Afternoon: we move to the Sacred Woods, the Vegetal Temple of Damanhur, for a true immersive journey to discover the ancient connection between humans and plants. A unique experience of contact with plant consciousness walking the large stone energy circuits and learning about the Music of the Plants, a research on communication with the vegetal dimension carried out in Damanhur for over 40 years.
Morning: Transfer and guided visit to one of the Communities of the Damanhur Federation, with the possibility to get to know this Community more closely.
Lunch is included in the price, the location to be defined each time.
Afternoon: the program continues with the guided Meditation in one of the Halls of the Temples of Humankind, followed by a guided tour of the DamanhurCrea center, with its artistic workshops and activities.
Morning: The first part of the day is dedicated to an artistic sculpture workshop guided by one of the Damanhurian sculptors.
Lunch at one of Damanhur’s cafes (included in the price)
Afternoon: Introductory lesson to the damanhurian philosophy, which will delve into a specific thematic area, with a teacher from the Damanhur Academy.
