After completing the full guided visit to the Temples of Humankind, it is possible to return for a Meditation in one of its Halls. This is a 1,5 hour guided meditation experience, a deep immersion into oneself and in the particular energy of this unique place.
This experience is not recommended for children under 14 years old.

Meditative dynamics vary in each Hall, each activated through precise sounds and movements, allowing one to tune into the energy and function of that specific environment. The sacred space and the art of each Hall provide a unique context for delving into a true journey within oneself.
The meeting point is the Welcome Center at Damanhur Crea, via Baldissero 21, Vidracco (TO), for check-in. It is important to respect the reservation time.
